Documents to be submitted for Transfer of Plot
Following documents are required to be submitted to Pre Transfer section for the transfer of plot of FDA City.
Document Balloted plots.
- Application for Transfer of plot
- Original Exempted Letter.
- Bank Challan Form regarding payment of up do date installments and Transfer Fee.
- Copies of Attested N.I.C s of seller buyer and witnesses.
- Sales Purchase agreement (Stamp Paper of Rs.100)
- Transfer letter if the plot is already stands transferred.
- C.V.T Challan Form (Applicable for 10 & 20 Marla ). Charges detail.... Click Link

Document exempted plots.
- Application for Transfer of plot
- Original Exempted Letter.
- Allocation of plot no letter if issued.
- Bank Challan Form regarding payment of Transfer Fee.

- Sales Purchase agreement (Stamp Paper of Rs.100)
- Transfer letter if the plot is already stands transferred.
